More on the Field Poll at fivethirtyeight.com, here, and the San Francisco Chronicle, here. Brace yourself for a nice, irritating Yes on 8 ad that will obnoxiously slide itself over your friggin' screen as you're trying to read the article. Reload the screen and you might get lucky and have the quiet, non-moving BMW ad instead. Yeah, it's cuss like a sailor day every day around here 'til November 5th.

Okay, just got the email from Geoff Kors: they need $1.5 million more to keep the new ad on the air. Don't know if that implies that we're only half-way to the $3 mil goal, or what. But here's the ad, narrated by Samuel L. Jackson:

Have spent the morning at the lil’ monkey’s preschool Halloween parade (cute factor x 1 mil.), so I don’t yet know larger progress on the 3 mil. in 3 days drive.

What I do know is that the get out the vote thing is going to have to be MASSIVE and HISTORIC for us to get up over the bar here.

Put the squeak in squeaker.

And chug, chug, chug for the Love Train: over $15K now! How is the progress towards the $3mil coming? I haven’t seen any reports on that yet.
