This is the first time to your blog, and to see the idea behind mommy blogging I feel is great!! I am a single lesbian mother. I am always out looking for other gay parents considering trying to get even a group in my area is next to impossible. So I love reading other blogs from gay parents. It is a way to come together without the idea of trying to get a free night off or going through annoying chat rooms. I actualy was interested in your site because of its name. I orignially thought of it like I see myself. I am a lesbian mom but feel more like both his mom and dad (father not really in the picture at all). I know after reading that isn't what you meant though. So.. mommy blogging (community) great idea!!

More on this early next week, but meanwhile, <a href="http://metropolitanmama.net/2008/07/live-blogging-is-mommyblogging-still-a-radical-act/" rel="nofollow">Metropolitan Mama</a> has graciously provided a synopsis of the panel discussion.

Actually, since the last question was slightly dead when I took the poll, would you be so kind as to consider my comment left on the poll post as my final response?

Other than that, fwiw, the poll here did spawn a rant about the economics of mommy-blogging in my own blog.

Ah, the symmetry.
