:)!

The beloved used the BLH v.2.0 this evening, and I had to pry it out of her hands at the end of the meal and soothe her with the promise that she could use it again real soon. The lil' monkey tried her hand at it, after she faux "dropped" her spoon ("Ooops!"). Another BLH v.2.0 convert!

I think it could pick up the boychild, if he had a magnetic belt strapped around him. Not that I'd be tempted to try that, even at home. Ahem.

Smurf, my man! Woman! Whatever! We are of one mind! That's the very same innovation I worked on the Baba's Little Helper, v.2.0. Picture to follow. It works GREAT, and I gotta tell you, the older cousins practically peed their britches watching it in action. I frankly looked forward to every 20 second interval, at which point I could be assured of another baby food top being swept to the ground, and within the BLH's range!

When I first looked at the pictures, I thought there was a magnet on the end of the Helper. Do you think that'd that work or help?

¡Hola, Lisa! Yeah, I have to agree with you about how cute this little peanut is. True enough, "Watchoo lookin' at?" Gals like us, whose genes aren't represented in the kiddles, get to compliment their beauty with reckless impunity, nary a scrap of concern that it's due to some kind of unconscious narcissism. Tee hee!

Ah, and (heavy sigh), we lost our best Floor Systems Engineer a bit over seven months ago. There is nothing, but nothing like a dog for this job. Nothing, even more specifically, like a lab mix mutt from the pound for this job. Perenially convinced she'll never get another square meal in her life, etc.

She also took care of the seat around the lil' monkey, and often her fingers. Sigh. It feels too early to call in a substitute Floor Systems Engineer (at this date it would feel like a scab). But I'm sorry that the little guy won't know the special love of the dog's whisker tickle on his leg and toes as the chair schmutz is dispatched. Sigh.

Any suggestions for the floor? Is it a swipe-with-wet-rag immediately after the food is dropped (thrown) or after the whole shebang? My back is about to break from wiping up cottage cheese...

P.S. That kid is FREAKIN' CUTE! I love the first picture where he is looking at you so matter-of-factly: "Whatchoo lookin' at???"
