		<description>Hey there, it sure is great to see Emma's boa-bedecked stroller on your blog! Did you happen to see the SF Chronicle's article on the parade? It referred to our little "Lesbian Midwives" contingent as "homespun" ... Roxi and I are still smiling over that. Emma is homespun indeed -- we delivered her ourselves at home because she came so fast the midwife didn't arrive in time!

It was lovely to meet you and your family yesterday. I read your blog religiously during my pregnancy and felt so inspired by it ... by the writing and by your experiences. I haven't had as much computer time since Emma arrived but that's starting to change a bit. I'm all the more impressed that you were online documenting your peanut so soon after his birth!</description>
