Yegods! Yes, I should think so! While I’m pretty much a vegetarian, I must say I find my Beloved at her most enticing when she’s hunkering down to a big quivering slab o’ meat. Something viscerally primordial about how a pregnant woman feeds herself. Rrrrrrow.

Thanks for the link, there’s some great information there! I did spot one serious problem in the Sherpa analogy, though. The “shay-shaying” custom (the last item in the FAQ) would never fly with a room full of pregnant women. When it comes to hunger, I for one just don’t have that sort of patience these days!
